The following software is required prior to installing TAPIT NOVA:

  • MS .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 (for XP Pro / 2003)
  • Windows PowerShell 1.0 (for XP Pro / 2003)
  • IIS( IIS 7 and higher requires IIS 6 compatibility enabled)
  • SQL Server Express (installed automatically from TAPIT NOVA DVD)
  • Your SMTP server configuration information MUST be available BEFORE you proceed with installation of Tapit NOVA

The above download is a zip file containing full Tapit NOVA DVD image.

  1. Please save the zip file to a local drive on your hard drive (C:, D:, or E: , etc.) – not a mapped drive, or a network share.
  2. Save the downloaded file into a folder C:\TrisysDownloads (or a folder with similar name – no spaces or any other unusual characters (except ‘-’ and ‘_’) allowed in the folder name).
  3. Unzip and run StartupN.exe to install Tapit NOVA. Please view ReadMeFirst and TapitNOVAManual.pdf for installation prerequisites and instructions.
